THE ABRIGO DA CASCATA ACCOMMODATION IS LOCATED IN THE FAJÃ DO CAVALETE, IN THE AREA OF THE VILLAGE OF CALHETA, ORIENTED SOUTH OF THE ISLAND.
DESTINATION: SÃO JORGE ISLAND, HOW TO GET TO THE ACCOMMODATION:
Regardless of how you get to the Island of São Jorge, either by boat or by plane, you should follow towards Fajã dos Vimes by EN2, as a reference point. When you reach Fajã dos Vimes, turn left on a dirt road towards Fajã dos Bodes. During this path you will find sign boards of the Abrigo da Cascata accommodation, will serve as a guide until you reach the Fajã dos Bodes, near the community oven. Park the vehicle and contact the staff. We will transport the luggage up to 450 meters of walking trail (SJ PR03) that is missing to reach the accommodation. Walk the trail and interiorize the sounds, enjoy the landscape, and get ready for a few days of pure contact with nature # INSIDE YOUR NATURE
